RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
NOTE: Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period.
CONDITIONS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, subject to the following terms:
- Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached.
- Items must include the packing slip. If unavailable, include your order number in the return package.
Please note that chicchaps reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy. Non-compliant returns may be shipped back to the original address at our discretion.
UNITED STATES
Free returns are available for U.S. customers. Some exclusions may apply; see the “Exceptions / Non-returnable Items” section for details.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International orders can be returned, but they are not eligible for free return labels. The customer is responsible for return shipping and associated fees for international returns.
RESTOCKING FEE
A $6.99 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
Returns take 3 to 5 business days to process upon arrival at our facility. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. For further details, see the “Refunds” section below.
NOTE: chicchaps is not responsible for any returns lost or stolen in transit.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after the return has been delivered to our facility. You will be notified once your refund is approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card account, depending on your financial institution.
NOTE: Returns received without a provided order number or packing slip may experience delays in processing and issuing refunds. For more details, see the “Conditions” section above.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and assist you further.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Promotional Sale Items
Discounted items are not eligible for free return labels.
Final Sale
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Exclusions may apply.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for express and ground (economy) orders are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE

- Final sale items are marked with “FINAL SALE” in red text on the product page. This does not apply to merchandise that is faulty, damaged, or inaccurately described.
- Any return of a Final Sale item will not result in any form of credit—neither refund, store credit, nor exchange.
- Defective items on final sale must be claimed for exchange within 7 days of receipt. The exchange will be for the same item, color, and size as the original order.
If you return a final sale item, we will contact you to arrange the return shipment back to you. You will be responsible for the return shipment cost due to non-adherence to our terms & conditions. If we do not receive communication from you within 2 business days of our email, the item will be forfeited without any form of credit.
