At chicchaps, we are committed to providing clear and transparent shipping details to ensure a smooth experience for our customers. Please review our shipping prices, delivery times, and available service options before placing your order.


ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIMES

  • Ground (Economy) Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Expedited Orders: Orders placed before 11:00 AM PT (2:00 PM ET) from Monday to Wednesday will be shipped on the same day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by another email containing tracking information when your order is shipped. Weekends and holidays are not included in standard processing and shipping times. Please consider these non-business days when selecting your shipping method.

NOTE: During high-volume periods, such as holiday sales, orders may take longer to arrive. chicchaps is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or postal service that are beyond our control, though we will do our best to minimize potential delays.

We do not ship to New Zealand’s Chatham Islands.


CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, including VAT, upon reaching the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and chicchaps is not liable for any additional charges.

Once customs officials assess duties and taxes, the recipient will be contacted to settle the charges in order for the shipment to proceed. Please note, additional charges may apply.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will assist you.


REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory resolution.
